Initial publication of a separate cookie policy for employer and recruiter accounts. Employers previously consented against the shared cookies bundle; this splits that consent so the two audiences can be versioned independently.

Content follows the cookies bundle at v2026-05-18, narrowed to Employers: the introduction now addresses employers and points Candidates at their own policy, the privacy policy links resolve to the employer privacy policy rather than the candidate one, the strictly necessary examples name the organization context cookie, and the data roles section addresses the reader directly where an employer integrates Platform services.

Extended the terms to cover employers using the platform alongside job seekers.
