Key Responsibilities

•Develop and implement inventory optimisation strategies to balance service levels, working capital, and supply risk
•Oversee daily supply chain operations, including demand planning, replenishment, order management, fulfilment, and material coordination
•Manage relationships with key suppliers and intercompany factories
•Oversee supplier performance frameworks, focusing on delivery reliability, lead times, quality compliance, and responsiveness
•Develop supply chain personnel through coaching, feedback, and performance reviews
•Drive DIFOT (Delivery in Full, On Time) performance and implement backorder reduction strategies
•Promote a safe working environment and consistently practice safe behaviours
