Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve revenue, profit, and growth targets.
- Build strong relationships with customers, service partners, and utilities to identify and convert sales opportunities.
- Provide technical advice and tailored aftermarket UV solutions from Xylem’s spare parts portfolio.
- Drive growth in aftermarket products, including lamps, service kits, maintenance, upgrades, and retrofit opportunities.
- Conduct customer visits, support renewal planning, and recover lost revenue by promoting genuine lamp conversions.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and channel partners to strengthen market coverage and support customer success.
- Maintain accurate installed base, opportunity, and Salesforce CRM reporting while sharing market and competitor insights.
