Key Responsibilities
- Lead interrogation and response to client briefs with evidence-based planning recommendations.
- Champion integration of evidence-based theory to identify and define audiences.
- Develop and oversee measurement frameworks linking media investment to business outcomes.
- Build deep, consultative relationships with senior client stakeholders.
- Lead end-to-end planning process ensuring strategic alignment and high-quality deliverables.
- Facilitate key meetings, workshops, and WIPs with gravitas and problem-solving.
- Proactively identify opportunities for diversified services to add client value.
- Assist Client Managing Partner in financial forecasting and P&L management.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and team growth.
- Understand internal product teams and their relevance to clients.
- Report on audience media consumption trends and identify new opportunities.
- Lead creation of consumer journey maps across paid, owned, earned, and shared media.
- Apply advanced media planning principles and utilize agency tools.
