Key Responsibilities
- Engage as trusted adviser to coach employees and managers on sensitive work-related issues
- Assist managers and employees in understanding and applying people tools, policies and procedures
- Analyze data, understand trends, and develop proactive solutions to support business objectives
- Partner with People & Purpose team to implement HR processes and policies for country-specific requirements
- Complete ad-hoc projects, reporting and tasks with cross-functional HR teams
- Act as local onsite liaison for coordinating urgent HR issues
