Key Responsibilities

•Leading the end-to-end delivery of data science projects, from ideation to deployment, while developing cutting-edge methodologies that combine traditional analytics with AI-powered insights.
•Applying expertise in advanced analytics and machine learning to solve complex business problems, utilising techniques such as XGBoost, causal uplift modeling, GLMs, clustering, optimisation, reinforcement learning and deep learning.
•Establishing and maintaining technical standards, coding best practices, and quality assurance processes to ensure reproducible, scalable, and production-ready analytical solutions.
•Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders, to design, implement, and embed data-driven solutions.
•Acting as a thought leader, people leader and mentor to junior data scientists, promoting best practices and fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
•Communicating complex technical concepts and insights to both technical and non-technical audiences, influencing decision-making at all levels of the organisation.
