Key Responsibilities

•Define, communicate and lead a compelling and innovative product vision and strategy
•Champion integration of emerging technologies to enhance product value
•Stay current on AI delivery patterns: LLM integration, RAG, MCP, agentic workflows
•Deeply understand customer segments, pain points and workflow through direct engagement
•Develop and maintain outcome-based product roadmaps
•Ensure robust release strategies including beta programmes and phased rollouts
•Manage both internal team of product specialists and remote team of developers
•Collaborate cross-functionally with design, engineering, content, sales and GTM teams
•Support commercial planning and manage capex/opex budget
•Monitor product performance and drive sustained adoption
