Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute ANZ portfolio marketing strategy aligned to regional and global objectives
- Own the annual marketing plan, including prioritisation, budget and alignment to commercial goals
- Partner with commercial leadership to identify opportunities, customer needs and growth priorities
- Lead integrated go-to-market strategies across launches, campaigns and lifecycle activity
- Own demand generation strategy and pipeline outcomes for the portfolio
- Lead and deliver integrated, multi-channel campaigns, working with digital and performance support
- Define target segments, messaging and campaign priorities aligned to commercial objectives
- Partner with Sales to align on pipeline priorities and conversion outcomes
- Drive ongoing campaign optimisation, improving funnel performance, conversion and pipeline outcomes
- Own local messaging and value propositions, translating global positioning into relevant, customer-focused messaging for the ANZ market
- Drive product marketing activity to ensure offerings are clearly understood and relevant to target customers
- Develop thought leadership themes aligned to customer needs and market trends
- Guide creation of high-value content and campaigns that build credibility and engagement
- Leverage customer, market and performance insights to inform messaging, targeting and go-to-market effectiveness
- Collaborate with APAC and global teams to align with global frameworks and standards
- Partner closely with Sales, Product and Customer teams to drive outcomes
- Influence stakeholders through clear, commercially grounded recommendations
