Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and execute ANZ portfolio marketing strategy aligned to regional and global objectives
  • •Own the annual marketing plan, including prioritisation, budget and alignment to commercial goals
  • •Partner with commercial leadership to identify opportunities, customer needs and growth priorities
  • •Lead integrated go-to-market strategies across launches, campaigns and lifecycle activity
  • •Own demand generation strategy and pipeline outcomes for the portfolio
  • •Lead and deliver integrated, multi-channel campaigns, working with digital and performance support
  • •Define target segments, messaging and campaign priorities aligned to commercial objectives
  • •Partner with Sales to align on pipeline priorities and conversion outcomes
  • •Drive ongoing campaign optimisation, improving funnel performance, conversion and pipeline outcomes
  • •Own local messaging and value propositions, translating global positioning into relevant, customer-focused messaging for the ANZ market
  • •Drive product marketing activity to ensure offerings are clearly understood and relevant to target customers
  • •Develop thought leadership themes aligned to customer needs and market trends
  • •Guide creation of high-value content and campaigns that build credibility and engagement
  • •Leverage customer, market and performance insights to inform messaging, targeting and go-to-market effectiveness
  • •Collaborate with APAC and global teams to align with global frameworks and standards
  • •Partner closely with Sales, Product and Customer teams to drive outcomes
  • •Influence stakeholders through clear, commercially grounded recommendations
