Key Responsibilities

•Act as a frontend subject-matter expert within your Scrum team and across the department
•Take ownership of complex, frontend-heavy features and improvements
•Influence technical decisions through clarity, experience, and well-reasoned trade-offs
•Design and develop full-stack solutions with a strong emphasis on frontend architecture, usability, performance, and maintainability
•Work extensively with AngularJS, React, and TypeScript, while collaborating effectively across backend and integration layers
•Improve existing frontend codebases pragmatically, steadily reducing complexity and technical risk
•Dedicate part of your time to actively mentoring and coaching engineers across the department
•Support backend-focused engineers in strengthening their frontend skills
•Challenge unclear, incomplete, or overlooked frontend requirements early
•Help Product Owners and stakeholders better articulate user experience, behaviour, and non-functional concerns
