Key Responsibilities
- Cover the front desk during business hours and be an on-site point of contact.
- Greet members and guests with a warm demeanor.
- Ensure guests comply with guest policy via sign-in on Welkio iPad.
- Learn member names to build relationships and facilitate community.
- Anticipate member and guest needs using collected information.
- Keep building-specific forms up to date.
- Notify members of food deliveries and couriers.
- Answer questions about building policies, procedures, and etiquette.
- Provide feedback on programming types and evaluate events.
- Celebrate member successes with gifts and notes.
- Distribute promotional materials for events.
- Input member notes into Kube.
- Connect members with each other.
- Recommend local restaurants and services.
- Engage members on the WeWork member network.
- Write and send broadcasts about building updates.
- Receive, process, sort, and organize mail.
- Issue posts via regional system to members.
- Return to sender unidentified mail after 30 days.
- Investigate and resolve lost packages.
- Track and organize keys and keycards.
- Support automated coffee machine.
