Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support a dedicated peer workforce
- Champion lived experience leadership and mental health reform
- Provide operational leadership and practice guidance to the peer workforce across Yarra Ranges and Maroondah Mental Health and Wellbeing Locals
- Work flexibly across both organisations
- Lead, develop, and advocate for the lived experience workforce
- Champion Intentional Peer Support (IPS) principles
- Contribute to ongoing mental health reform in Victoria
- Help create culturally safe, compassionate, and collaborative services
