Key Responsibilities
- Demonstrate 100% commitment to zero harm behaviors in support of a world class safety culture
- Collaborate with HPGR team across site, Perth, and Port Hedland facilities, managing APAC regional clients
- Deliver on-site service and customer support for maintenance, repairs, fault diagnosis, and testing
- Identify and recommend equipment improvements to reduce customers' total cost of ownership
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, addressing concerns and ensuring service expectations are met
- Provide technical guidance to Site Service Supervisor on service and component requirements
- Coordinate with Area Managers for timely and cost-effective installation and commissioning activities
