- Collaborate with Regional and Sales Managers to shape strategic marketing and growth plans for Aftersales business.
- Lead initiatives to improve customer operations by analysing Total Ownership Costs (TOC), proposing trials, and delivering savings.
- Provide expert troubleshooting support and conduct brand stack and aftermarket inspections.
- Build strong customer relationships through technical training, joint sales calls, and tailored site-specific strategies.
- Maintain deep knowledge of customer processes, industry trends, and competitor activity for forecasting and CRM.
- Deliver first-class customer service through reporting, call documentation, and participation in Customer Survey Program.
