Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth of Chemistry Consumables products in the Australian market
- Accountable for driving business within all sales districts
- Meet daily and weekly productivity metrics (phone calls, emails, etc.)
- Increase market-share at existing accounts and prospect new business opportunities
- Utilize telephone and electronic sales communication methodologies to sell to laboratory end users
- Partner with Field Sales counterparts to drive business
- Utilize Waters’ internal CRM database for tracking sales activities and opportunities
- Prepare and implement Business Development activities for assigned territory
- Deliver reports and updates on business development initiatives
- Work with local instrument sales and service team to grow revenue
- Lead qualification for inbound instrument opportunities
- Position and quote Waters consumables and billable service offerings
- Cold call and identify new accounts
- Reinvigorate dormant accounts
- Grow Waters eCommerce business by expanding offerings and seeking new eProcurement channels
