Key Responsibilities

•Lead end-to-end system analysis, design, development, and implementation of complex applications and databases, including third-party integrations.
•Translate technical specifications into high-quality, tested, and maintainable code for new builds and enhancements.
•Optimize backend systems for performance, scalability, and reliability under varying workloads.
•Drive integration of multiple data sources, APIs, and services to improve system efficiency and data flow.
•Develop and maintain comprehensive backend documentation to support cross-functional understanding.
•Leverage AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude Code) to accelerate development.
•Manage deployments across development, test, and production environments, including production support and change control processes.
•Mentor junior team members and contribute to technical upskilling across the team.
•Participate in design, code, and testing reviews to ensure quality and compliance with development standards.
•Communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
•Ensure adherence to IT and Information Security policies and standards.
•Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to special projects as required.
