Key Responsibilities
- Using MEX (CMMS) create, prioritise and schedule maintenance work orders based on equipment and facility needs as well as resource availability
- Develop and maintain preventive maintenance schedules for building services, plant, and equipment.
- Collaborate with maintenance technicians, contractors, and clinical teams to minimise service disruptions.
- Maintain accurate asset records, work orders, and compliance documentation within the CMMS (MEX)
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and performance metrics for management review.
- Analyse maintenance trends, risk and improvement opportunities informing asset and workload planning
- Support compliance with relevant health, safety, building, and regulatory standards.
- Assist with planning shutdowns, equipment upgrades, minor works, and refurbishment projects.
