Key Responsibilities
- Work alongside Early Years Educators to offer a holistic response to the family unit as a whole.
- Offer clients practical, informative referrals and respond to the perceived and expressed needs of families.
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with other service providers, governmental departments and community based agencies.
- Offer a holistic response to vulnerable children, young people and families accessing the Rural Family Support program.
- Conduct needs assessments and coordinate case management plans.
- Provide parenting support, parenting programs, early childhood development screening and assessment.
