Key Responsibilities
- Own EMEA Structural Pricing execution end-to-end, including planning, QA, implementation, monitoring, and post-launch evaluation.
- Lead pricing setup for new launch/expansion markets, translating P&L requirements into a practical pricing strategy.
- Be the EMEA operator and advocate for global pricing initiatives, representing EMEA needs in global forums.
- Build and continuously improve playbooks and processes for pricing changes.
- Use data to diagnose performance and drive iteration on key pricing and business metrics.
- Drive cross-functional alignment with teams including Pricing Tech, Membership Tech, GMT, StratFin, Legal, Tax, Policy, and EMEA Local Ops.
