Key Responsibilities
- Become an expert on product suite for Grocery & Retail Merchants on Uber Eats marketplace
- Assess product suitability for different Merchant archetypes and identify gaps for improvement
- Understand needs of strategic accounts and identify solutions to accelerate go-to-market
- Use data to understand Merchant performance and define metrics using outsourced Analytics team
- Partner with Commercial team to support strategic accounts and scale efforts through centralised processes and automations
- Establish best practices for core activities including Merchant Go-To-Market, Integrations, Loyalty, Reporting
