Key Responsibilities
- Define overall migration strategy & plan for Marketplace Tech and Operations migration through Uber and acquired companies businesses.
- Outline approach, key dependencies, and success metrics for a seamless transition.
- Ensure smooth Marketplace outcomes for acquired businesses in interim state, in partnership with their teams.
- Manage towards successful end-state: maintain acquired businesses' Marketplace outcomes to avoid P&L and Operational headwinds.
- Programme management of relevant domain's workstreams, including upward communication to EMEA LT and Global.
- Programme SteerCo: track progress, identify and mitigate risks, provide regular updates to senior leadership.
- Define clear objectives, performance indicators, and reporting mechanisms aligned with broader business strategy.
- Work with ENG and Product teams to specify system functionalities, data requirements, and integration points.
- Ensure XFN stakeholders across Tech, Payments, CommOps have appropriate prioritization, representation, and strategic thinking.
- Hold all parties accountable for shared goals and objectives to deliver programme on time and within budget.
