Key Responsibilities
- Manage operational mechanics of enterprise application licensing, including usage tracking, cost gap identification, PO creation, and vendor invoice validation.
- Conduct regular software consumption audits to identify shelfware and reclaim inactive licenses.
- Monitor budget burn rates for SaaS tools and hardware stock, proactively submitting PO change orders.
- Reconcile complex invoice discrepancies with vendors, Accounts Payable, and stakeholders.
- Lead end-to-end lifecycle of corporate IT hardware assets: procurement, deployment, maintenance, decommission.
- Analyze data from ticketing and asset management systems to identify trends and implement improvements.
- Optimize global IT spend by creating project budgets and identifying cost-reduction opportunities.
- Design and execute project plans for software deployments or hardware refreshes.
- Identify operational gaps and implement process changes, creating playbooks and facilitating training.
- Serve as escalation point for supply chain and licensing issues, advocating for user needs.
