Key Responsibilities

•Scale ANZ as the regional foundation: Lead the next phase of growth in Australia and New Zealand, strengthening commercial performance, deepening customer relationships, and building a scalable, repeatable operating model.
•Define and execute APAC expansion strategy in collaboration with S&P: Develop a clear, prioritized roadmap for entering and scaling additional APAC markets, grounded in market insights, regulatory considerations, and business impact.
•Own regional performance: Set and drive the APAC go-to-market plan, including revenue growth and operations excellence across priority markets.
•Lead and develop a high-performing team: Build, inspire, and manage a regional team across sales, customer success, and implementation with clear accountability and a strong performance culture.
•Build and grow strategic partnerships: Establish and expand senior relationships across health systems, payers, government agencies, and ecosystem partners. Partner closely with Product, Policy, Legal, Finance, Marketing, and Regional Operations to align priorities, accelerate execution, and navigate market-specific complexities.
•Represent the voice of APAC Health customers: Advocate for regional customer needs, shaping global product and strategy while providing regular business insights and updates to senior leadership.
