•Develop working relationships, problem solving and drive projects to successful completion
•Manage the design process to achieve the client's requirements and manage expectations
•Review project plans and specifications, scheduling, costs saving measures, discrepancies, potential construction problems
•Manage project safety and environmental requirements
•Manage project timelines, risks and reporting
•Manage project budgets and advise on options to keep budget on track
•Be engaged with marketing and business development initiatives
•Co-ordinate vendor scope with overall project delivery
•Draft contract documents in strict accordance with legal approved contract templates
•Work closely with project team/s to ensure effective and timely document processing and management of contract documents
