Key Responsibilities
- Ensure measures are taken to finish work within cost and time frames, supporting the Project Director.
- Implement project planning & scheduling strategy, plans, and procedures.
- Coordinate development of WBS and CBS with project manager, cost manager, and contractor.
- Promote integration of contractor schedules within P6 suite, reviewing durations, dependencies, and logic.
- Perform critical path analysis and comparisons to baseline schedules.
- Prepare regular reports and collect data for benchmarking and cost/schedule trend analysis.
- Work closely with construction team to control the schedule.
