Key Responsibilities

  • •Measurement of all elements for preparation of cost plan
  • •Pricing of individual items within a cost plan from first principals including market engagement where required
  • •Preparation of cost reports
  • •Assessment of tender returns and preparation of tender recommendation report
  • •Assessment of contractor variations
  • •Assessment of contractor payment claims and preparation of a payment recommendation to the Superintendent
  • •Compilation of benchmarking and market intelligence data
  • •Utilisation of our digital offering, the Hive, for implementation of all deliverables
