Key Responsibilities
- Own the full commercial relationship for a named portfolio of enterprise and global accounts, driving retention, expansion, and multi-year contract renewals.
- Develop and execute tailored account plans that align TrendAI's solutions to each customer's cybersecurity strategy, risk posture, and business objectives.
- Lead executive-level engagements, building trusted relationships with CISOs, CIOs, and other C-suite and board-level stakeholders.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales Engineering, Product, Customer Success, and Professional Services to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Identify and qualify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across TrendAI's product portfolio, consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
- Represent TrendAI at industry conferences, executive briefings, and customer events to strengthen brand presence and deepen account relationships.
