Key Responsibilities
- Own and maintain the block library, ensuring consistency and accuracy across nominated menswear categories.
- Lead the development of new seasonal silhouettes in alignment with brand direction and market trends.
- Partner with Design, Merchandising, and Product Development teams to translate creative concepts into technically executable garments.
- Interpret sketches and design intent into precise technical specifications.
- Organize and lead fit sessions, evaluating samples for fit, comfort, and construction on models or mannequins.
- Document and communicate fit feedback clearly, ensuring timely and accurate pattern adjustments.
- Supervise pattern corrections and ensure feasibility with vendor capabilities and production standards.
- Act as a key liaison between internal teams and external vendors, ensuring alignment on fit, construction, and quality expectations.
- Collaborate with Sourcing and Quality Assurance to address technical challenges and resolve quality issues.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date technical data in the Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) system.
- Ensure all development milestones are met in accordance with the critical path.
- Support ad hoc tasks such as sample organization, meeting preparation, technical analysis, and reporting.
