Key Responsibilities

•Own and maintain the block library, ensuring consistency and accuracy across nominated menswear categories.
•Lead the development of new seasonal silhouettes in alignment with brand direction and market trends.
•Partner with Design, Merchandising, and Product Development teams to translate creative concepts into technically executable garments.
•Interpret sketches and design intent into precise technical specifications.
•Organize and lead fit sessions, evaluating samples for fit, comfort, and construction on models or mannequins.
•Document and communicate fit feedback clearly, ensuring timely and accurate pattern adjustments.
•Supervise pattern corrections and ensure feasibility with vendor capabilities and production standards.
•Act as a key liaison between internal teams and external vendors, ensuring alignment on fit, construction, and quality expectations.
•Collaborate with Sourcing and Quality Assurance to address technical challenges and resolve quality issues.
•Maintain accurate and up-to-date technical data in the Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) system.
•Ensure all development milestones are met in accordance with the critical path.
•Support ad hoc tasks such as sample organization, meeting preparation, technical analysis, and reporting.
