Key Responsibilities
- Source and present creative research within Tommy Hilfiger brand strategy, translating into product.
- Design within Tailoring product category with luxury handwriting and brand DNA understanding.
- Work across additional product categories when necessary.
- Use Illustrator or hand sketching to communicate design ideas and create detailed CAD sketches.
- Prepare 2D & 3D sketches for presentations and create garment worksheets in PLM.
- Work closely with pattern cutters and fit team on silhouettes and garment fittings.
- Communicate changes during style development and support Product Developer.
- Attend key milestones such as proto review, style outs, and show prep.
- Partner with sourcing teams on qualities, washes, trims, and details.
- Follow up on sourcing and fabrics with Product Developer and Fabric Manager.
- Align design aesthetics and seasonal details with Design Team.
- Work to multiple overlapping calendar deadlines.
