Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily warehouse and VAS operations across inbound, outbound, dispatch, and inventory activities.
- Act as the primary point of contact for operational issues, ensuring timely escalation and resolution.
- Coordinate effectively with transport, warehouse, and customer service teams to deliver seamless operations.
- Monitor workflow, allocate resources, and track performance against key KPIs DIFOT, productivity, accuracy.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through stocktakes and ensure all WMS transactions are completed correctly and on time.
- Support cost control by managing labour and ensuring accurate capture of billable activities (storage, handling, VAS).
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and performance.
- Lead, coach, and support team members while reinforcing safety standards, SOP compliance, and a high-performance culture.
