Key Responsibilities
- Organise vehicles and drivers to meet customer load requirements.
- Monitor drivers to ensure customer requirements are met.
- Ensure all equipment and ancillary equipment is in operating condition.
- Comply with CoR, Fatigue Management, Mass Management, Load Restraint, and all aspects of NHVR.
- Monitor transport workers' training records and ensure training is completed within timelines.
- Demonstrate effective leadership in continuous improvement for customer-focused requirements.
- Participate in toolbox meetings and other communications to workers and contractors.
