- Act as the first point of contact for customer enquiries and provide shipment updates.
- Support ocean freight operations, including shipment processing and documentation.
- Maintain accurate shipment records in CargoWise One (CW1).
- Coordinate with internal teams to meet service and delivery requirements.
- Assist with cargo pick‑up, delivery, invoicing, and related administrative tasks.
- Ensure regulatory compliance, escalate issues as required, and collaborate to meet service standards.
