Key Responsibilities
- Design, deliver and optimise integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns aligned to growth objectives.
- Configure and optimise marketing automation platforms (Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Account Engagement/Pardot, HubSpot).
- Own CRM integration with Salesforce, ensuring lead flow integrity and campaign attribution.
- Act as Product Owner for toll.com and associated digital properties.
- Drive SEO strategy, technical SEO, website performance optimisation, WCAG accessibility compliance.
- Build dashboards and reports (Salesforce, Power BI), conduct campaign analysis, A/B testing, ROI and pipeline reporting.
