Key Responsibilities
- Lead with presence on the floor, setting the tone across both Grandmother Cafe and Breakfast (and M&E, in Sunny).
- Cast your team through creative auditions like bake-offs and social sessions to find the realest personalities.
- Coach your crew to show up as their authentic selves rather than performing a script.
- Balance the cozy, intimate, rebellious energy of Grandmother Cafe with the flexible, community-driven atmosphere of Breakfast (and M&E, in Sunny).
- Trust your intuition to adjust the lighting, music and flow of the room in real time.
- Keep the operational foundations solid so the team has the freedom to focus on the guests.
- Create structure and clarity so your team can perform with confidence.
- Keep service consistent without making it feel rigid.
- Use data and insights to improve how things work.
- Ensure compliance, safety and quality standards are always met.
