Key Responsibilities

•Build and maintain financial models that support investment decisions, refinancing work, and long-term planning
•Prepare lender and shareholder materials including board updates, investor presentations, and financing packs
•Support debt sourcing, refinancing processes, and ongoing conversations with lenders across Europe
•Analyse portfolio performance, recurring revenue streams, and profitability drivers across the business
•Partner with FP&A, Investments, and Capital Markets teams on strategic and financial projects
•Review and challenge numbers before they reach leadership, investors, or financing partners
•Improve existing models, templates, and reporting processes using smarter tools and better ways of working
•Contribute to high-priority projects tied to TSH's growth strategy and platform expansion
