Key Responsibilities
- Support guest-experience via various channels to meet & exceed needs
- Execute processes involving guest requests, reservations, administrative tasks, privacy requirements
- Work with Hotel Management Systems (Mews), Salesforce and other main systems
- Advise guests about TSH services and products
- Proactively recognize community & build direct relations
- Respond to inquiries via email, telephone and other channels
- Resolve guest challenges & complaints efficiently
- Drive guest experience and commercial results; reach/overperform on KPI's
- Identify new guest experience opportunities
- Make upsell and cross-sell recommendations
