Support Worker

Key Responsibilities
- Provide safe, trauma-informed support to participants in the Sobering Up Unit
- Monitor wellbeing through regular checks and observations
- Respond confidently to challenging or high-risk situations
- Support participants through AOD withdrawal and document progress
- Maintain safety, security and evacuation protocols
- Promote TSA activities and support engagement with chaplaincy
- Keep accurate records, shift notes and incident reports
- Bring steadiness, compassion and professionalism to every shift
