- Developing end-to-end lifecycle and engagement strategies across key audiences, from acquisition through to long-term retention and value growth
- Establishing best-in-class omni-channel engagement strategies and journey frameworks that improve conversion and lifetime value
- Leading the development of go-to-market strategies for new products and initiatives, including audience targeting, channel strategy, and core messaging
