Key Responsibilities
- Provide clinical supervision and coordinate delivery of safe, effective and individualized care to residents
- Complete relevant documentation in assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating care needs
- Maintain good clinical records and accurate documentation for AN-ACC requirements
- Order, manage and administer medications in accordance with policy and procedures
- Comply with regulations of related acts (e.g. Poisons and Therapeutic Goods Act 1996)
- Liaise with doctors and health professionals for medication administration and treatments
- Complete necessary reports, Care Plans and other documentation
