Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the EGM People & Culture and P&C Leadership Team, including travel coordination and acting as a trusted point of contact.
- Provide secretariat support by preparing reports, meeting papers, presentations, and follow-ups.
- Manage P&C systems and documentation, including SharePoint sites, document libraries, Microsoft 365 access, distribution lists, and shared mailboxes.
- Coordinate P&C projects, initiatives, and events, tracking actions, timelines, and deliverables.
- Monitor P&C department budgets against actual spend and resolve anomalies.
