Key Responsibilities
- Undertaking basic repairs to building, equipment and assets
- Carry out physical inspections of property, premises, assets and equipment, safety and compliance
- Support line manager to achieve quality, efficient and effective output by contractors
- Ensure all essential safety requirements including fire safety, electrical and other legislative tasks are carried out
- Ensure corrective and preventative maintenance activities are completed as scheduled
- Maintain a safe and aesthetically pleasant environment for residents, visitors and staff
- Act as a role model in promoting The Salvation Army Aged Care Vision, Mission and Values
