Key Responsibilities
- Triage all clients referred to the financial counselling services across the state.
- Answer inbound calls within required timeframes.
- Ensure appointments are booked as required for each Financial Counsellor or Financial Capability Worker.
- Ensure all required documentation is requested and available prior to initial consultation.
- Attend and/or deliver community engagement and community education sessions.
