Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional care and support to Home Care Package clients.
- Supervise a dedicated team of up to 15 Workers, ensuring they deliver compassionate and dignified services.
- Work closely with a Care Partner to manage the care and services of clients.
- Oversee the overall running of the service, with guidance and support from the Operations Manager.
- Engage in meaningful administrative tasks, such as processing invoices, recording client information, processing staff pays, and more.
