Key Responsibilities
- Provide financial counselling to community members experiencing financial hardship
- Build strong, respectful relationships that promote self-determination and participation
- Develop holistic, community-member-centred case plans aligned with TSA’s Practice Framework
- Conduct ongoing assessments and maintain accurate, timely case notes and data in SAMIS
- Advocate on behalf of community members with creditors, service providers and external agencies
- Support community members to access services, strengthen community connections and build financial resilience
- Mentor and support Financial Capability Workers
- Identify risks, service gaps and opportunities for service improvement
- Participate in team meetings, supervision, professional development and quality improvement processes
- Contribute to a positive, collaborative and culturally safe workplace
