Key Responsibilities
- Assist Team Leader with street outreach program including overnight program
- Assist with management of volunteers
- Greet community members and provide rest and recovery assistance, offering referral pathways
- Advance TSA's reputation by supporting seamless client-focused care
- Provide high standard of customer service to stakeholders and participate in continuous improvement
- Serve as on-call Team Leader and oversee volunteer engagement
- Actively participate as a team member and support organisational strategies
- Assist Team Leader to ensure vehicle and equipment are clean, stocked, and available; report issues
- Ensure incident reports are completed, maintain database, and generate weekly statistical reports
- Support leadership by participating in professional development
