- Create a fun and relaxed atmosphere for guests
- Prepare soft drinks and masterful cocktails
- Know product and systems inside out: spirits, beer, wine, coffee
- Work with team to keep operations smooth and tidy
- Assist the F&B team as a whole
- Actively participate in creating new cocktails
- Maintain cleanliness and HACCP hygiene standards
- Support Baristas with coffee making
- Manage stock counts and ordering
