Key Responsibilities
- Plan and schedule installation, de-installation, and maintenance activities
- Act as main link between service providers and internal teams
- Monitor execution, resolve issues, ensure timely delivery
- Coordinate daily activities with installation-capable service providers
- Ensure compliance with technical, safety, and company standards
- Provide training and support on tools, systems, and processes
- Oversee and support installation of TPMS, HALO, and TCU systems
- Provide basic troubleshooting and ensure installations meet quality standards
- Connect with stakeholders to find quick resolution on issues
- Ensure proper use of company systems (e.g., telematics, CRM)
- Maintain accurate installation records and documentation
- Support inventory and logistics for installation equipment
- Work with internal teams and customers to align installation plans
- Communicate effectively in local language and English
- Identify process improvements and support operational efficiency initiatives
