Key Responsibilities

•Provide robust analysis, financial modelling and forecasting to support the buying strategy and delivery to sales, margin and inventory targets
•Manage the full category planning cycle including open to buy, inventory management, and replenishment cycles
•Provide analysis and forecasting to support the development of plans and promotions which deliver return on investment
•Undertake in-depth analysis and develop action plans to effectively manage inventory, including SKU performance, range and assortment planning, in-stock position, and aged and slow-moving stock
•Contribute to the development of strategies which maximise profitability through price optimisation, clearance planning, supplier investment strategies, and deal evaluation
•Provide strong leadership and clear direction to the category support team, ensuring high levels of focus on results and collaboration
•Deliver timely and accurate reporting on performance to budget, forecasts and assortment plans to meet merchandise category needs
