Key Responsibilities
- Lead discovery, design, and delivery of software implementations across Access Accountants
- Conduct detailed requirements workshops with client stakeholders to define scope, configuration requirements, and success criteria
- Manage project delivery to agreed timelines, budgets, and quality standards — including milestone tracking and risk escalation
- Configure and validate software solutions against client workflows, including data migration, chart of accounts setup, and compliance process alignment
- Deliver end-user training and go-live support, ensuring smooth adoption across practice teams
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client escalations, managing expectations with professionalism and accountability
- Contribute to continuous improvement of PS delivery standards, templates, and knowledge documentation
- Mentor junior consultants and share domain expertise across the team
