Key Responsibilities
- Serve as primary strategic advisor and point of contact for enterprise accounts
- Build and maintain executive-level relationships with C-suite decision-makers
- Conduct regular strategic business reviews and quarterly planning sessions
- Drive upsell of premium services including onsite counselling, critical incident management, assessments, flu vaccination, health checks, and bespoke wellness solutions
- Identify and pursue service expansion opportunities and strategic partnerships
- Manage complex contract renewals and negotiations
- Prepare and issue strategic reports, outcome analyses, and ROI summaries
- Coordinate executive-level orientations and program launches
- Maintain accurate records in CRM system
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations
- Serve as internal advocate for enterprise clients
- Identify and mitigate account risk through proactive relationship management
