Key Responsibilities

• •Establish and maintain the Project Charter and detailed project plan from kickoff through release-for-sale milestone.
• •Secure and negotiate resource allocation with line managers and Operations.
• •Lead project execution in line with constraints and defined objectives.
• •Continuously update project planning to ensure predictability in timelines, costs, and resource usage.
• •Monitor project budgets and BoM costs; identify, track, and report cost deviations.
• •Maintain financial discipline across all project phases.
• •Provide weekly updates on project progress, risks, and performance at operations meetings.
• •Flag and escalate deviations in schedule, cost, or scope.
• •Initiate and manage Change-of-Scope processes when required.
• •Act as primary point of contact for stakeholders including teams, departments, resource managers, customers, and suppliers.
• •Lead and coordinate milestone reviews, progress meetings, and reporting activities.
• •Lead and motivate project teams to achieve deliverables and milestones.
• •Identify bottlenecks and risks, contribute to solutions, and drive implementation.
• •In smaller projects, contribute technically while maintaining leadership accountability.
• •Pursue professional development in project management practices.
• •Contribute to improving project execution frameworks, processes, and tools.
• •Drive adoption of best practices across projects.
• •Provide performance input to group leaders on project team members.
• •Provide operational support and promote emerging best practices.
• •Maintain understanding of organizational structure, business strategy, and ways of working.
• •Take initiative to drive improvements beyond direct project scope.
